YOGA TEACHER TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Policy
A deposit of €500 through PayPal is required to guarantee your spot at the Yoga Teacher Training course. The remaining fee can be paid via PayPal/Bank Transfer at least one month before the start of the training or in cash on the day of arrival.
Please note that we accept cash in Euros (€) only.
If for any reason you wish to make a Bank Deposit to secure your spot instead of paying by PayPal, please contact us at info@omandflow.com for further instructions on how to do so.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation made at least 90 days prior the start of the training receives a full refund of the deposit on request.
Cancellations made 89 days or less before the training start date cannot be refunded.
Once the training has started the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Room & Roommate Info
All course participants will be staying at a private double-bed room or shared single bed room. Please note that room size and amenities may vary slightly. If you have specific requests or needs for your room, we will do our best to accommodate you, however we cannot give any guarantees. All rooms are allocated on the first come first serve basis, so the sooner you sign up, the more likely your requests will be fulfilled.
If you’re joining the course with your friend/partner and would like to share the room, please specify who your roommate will be when signing up for the training.
Instructor Cancellation Policy
Retreat participants will be fully refunded should the instructor(s) need to cancel the retreat for any reason including but not limited to: natural disaster, acts of terrorism, medical/personal/family/work emergencies.
If the retreat is at half capacity or less 30 days prior to the start date, Om & Flow Yoga reserves the right to cancel the event. In such case all paid deposits will be refunded.
Participants’ flight/ferry tickets and/or additional accommodation costs and/or general travel expenses will NOT be reimbursed should the instructor(s) cancel the retreat.
The additional purchase of TRAVEL/HEALTH INSURANCE is highly recommended to provide the utmost protection for all participants, and to prevent financial loss.
