Join us for an insightful Silent Mindfulness Meditation & Yoga Retreat on a tranquil island of Hiiumaa in Estonia, surrounded by fragrant pine forests and the Baltic Sea.
We will be spending time meditating and going inwards to discover the Self, diving into the mental, physical and spiritual practice of yoga and practicing mindfulness and Yoga Nidra.

Meet The Retreat Leader
Marta Diaz
Marta is looking forward to welcoming you on the tranquil island of Hiiumaa in Estonia. She is a certified yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra and meditation facilitator, Reiki master and Tibetan singing bowl sound therapist with many years of teaching experience in different locations around the world.
Although originally from Estonia she has spent years living in Japan and Thailand and has been travelling around the world for more than a decade.
Marta is also the founder and owner of Om & Flow Yoga.
You will be gently guided by Marta on your own personal growth journey, helping you integrate new experiences and encouraging you to follow your dreams.
The Venue
We will be staying at a newly opened guesthouse called Hõbekala. You have a choice of booking a single bed in a shared quadruple or triple room or a private room all for yourself (please specify your preferred room option at the notes when signing up for the retreat). Each room has a private shower & wc. Sheets, towels and room cleaning included.
This beautifully decorated guesthouse with the ambience of Nordic minimalism is located on the serene and idyllic island of Hiiumaa in Estonia. Surrounded by pine forests and within walking distance from the Baltic Sea it is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the practice and teachings of yoga, meditation and mindfulness to enhance your physical and spiritual growth.

On the first day of the retreat we will be picking up all of the guests in Tallinn and heading to the retreat center together. Please note that we will be leaving Tallinn the latest at 2pm so if you’re not available for pick-up before that time you will have to make your own way to Hiiumaa. On the last day you will be dropped off in Tallinn in the afternoon.
The silence begins on the first day in the evening after orientation and ends on the last day of the retreat before our final lunch together.
During the retreat you will receive a wealth of knowledge about mental health, mindfulness, the spiritual and physical practice of yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra. You will be taught how to incorporate that knowledge into your everyday life and how to live your life more mindfully, in peace and contentment.
We will be focusing on the training of the mind and on deep relaxation. With the help of guided meditations, yoga and mindfulness exercises you will gain a fresh perspective of life and a new awareness of yourself.
